The NASA EPSCoR FY2025 Basic Research NNH24ZHA003C Appendix 14 (EONS 2024) is the document you must use to prepare your proposal.  All the deadlines contained in this proposal are final and set by NASA. The NASA Proposer’s Guide is the guiding document that outlines how to apply for NASA grants and cooperative agreements. We also recommend that you review the the New Mexico Economic Priority Sectors and the 2021 New Mexico Science and Technology Plan to explore the key areas of development for our state.

Cost-sharing is required at 50%. A detailed budget is required for the entire three (3) year period of performance. A budget template will be provided by the NM NASA EPSCoR office.

All proposers will be notified on the Technical Advisory Committee’s decision by November 8, 2024. Only one proposal will be selected to go forward from the State of New Mexico.
