The NASA EPSCoR Program has announced the release of Appendix 15: Established Program to Stimulate Competitive Research (EPSCoR) Rapid Response Research (R3), FY 2025. All proposals submitted in response to this NOFO shall be submitted electronically via NSPIRES (http://nspires.nasaprs.com).

PLEASE NOTE: R3 proposals should not be submitted through the NM NASA EPSCoR office. Instead, they must be submitted directly to NSPIRES by the principal investigator's higher education institution.

Hard-copy proposals will not be accepted. Electronic proposals must be submitted in their entirety by 11:59 p.m., Eastern Time on February 26, 2025. Institutions responding to this NOFO may submit a maximum of three proposals.

Proposals will be selected from this solicitation for FY 2025 funding.

The maximum funding request per proposal is $125,000. This amount is to be expended over a one-year period.

In the proposal title, please include the Research Topic, listed in Section A.
