The NM NASA EPSCoR office is seeking pre-proposals for this opportunity. The pre-proposal will be due by 12:00 p.m. MT on February 18, 2022. This is a hard deadline; no extensions will be provided. If selected, the full proposal will be due to NSPIRES by April 8, 2022.

Should your pre-proposal be selected, the NASA EPSCoR Cooperative Agreement Notice (CAN), Suborbital Flight Opportunity Announcement Number NNH22ZHA002C is the document you must use to prepare your full-proposal. All deadlines contained in this proposal are the final deadlines set by NASA.
All pre-proposers will be notified on the Technical Advisory Committee’s decision by February 28, 2022. Only one pre-proposal will be selected to be develop into a full-proposal to represent the State of New Mexico.
